You will enjoy your rings more and better if you follow these tips we offer

Wedding rings are the visible symbol of your love, they accompany you in the most special moments and remind you of unforgettable moments in your life.

When we make wedding rings, we do it with love, from design to the final finish, and we want you to enjoy them throughout your life.

Here are five small recommendations we give you:

  • Erosion and Scratches: Wedding rings will accompany you throughout your life, and usage will become evident on the rings. Rings that look "brand new" probably haven't been used or experienced. You should wear your rings, don't worry if they collect small signs of use. We call them "the traces of your life." Thus, softly textured surfaces acquire a more polished finish, and polished surfaces, which are like a mirror when new, become satin-finished and lose their original shine over time.
  • Daily Use: We understand that you want to wear your rings day and night, but we advise you not to wear them to the beach or during sports activities to avoid damage from impacts or slipping off due to sweat or water. Bodies undergo changes depending on the temperature. For instance, at the beach, high temperatures cause fingers to swell. Conversely, when entering cold water, fingers contract, and rings can easily slide off.
  • Cleaning: Your rings come into contact with various materials during daily use and can get dirty. Avoid contact with chemicals that may stain their surface. To clean them, use mild soap and a delicate cloth.
  • Diamond Care: Special attention is required in cleaning and maintaining jewelry with precious stones. Diamonds, in particular, are the hardest stones and cannot be scratched, but they can break. You should pay special attention to strong impacts or heavy loads that could damage the stones or their setting. It is recommended to have your rings checked by a professional every two years.
  • White Gold Rings: You may have heard that some white gold rings require maintenance, change color, or something similar. Let us explain: White gold rings are coated with a thin layer of rhodium, giving them an extra white color. This coating wears off over time, revealing the "real" white gold, which is not as white as rhodium. If, over time, you no longer like the inner color as much as the original, you can periodically have them re-rhodium plated.

With these tips and suggestions, your rings will be in perfect condition for a long time. Years after your wedding, you can look at your rings with pride and happiness, appreciating the small "marks of life" that are part of your history as a couple. And, in any case, remember that it is always possible to restore your rings and return them to their original condition whenever you wish.
